Creator Program Terms

These terms apply to the eSIM Net Creator Program (the “Program”). They are separate from the eSIM Net Affiliate Program, which has its own terms and accounts: taking part in one does not make you a member of the other. Our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy also apply.

You apply by signing in with Google and telling us about your channels, audience size and content language. The information you give must be accurate and the channels must be yours. One application per person.

We review every application by hand and may approve or decline it at our discretion — for example if the channels are unrelated to travel, cannot be verified, or could mislead customers. Until your application is approved you cannot use creator features.

When you are approved you receive a personal code and a referral link. They are for you alone: do not share your account, and do not use another creator's code. You may personalise your code within the limits shown in your dashboard; a code you give up is never given to anyone else.

Visits through your link are counted and shown in your dashboard for your information. A visit on its own never earns a reward.

The Program is designed to reward eligible referrals. The reward rules — what counts as an eligible referral, the reward amount, any customer offer, how long a referral is remembered, and how and when rewards are paid — have not been published yet. Until they are published on this page, no reward, commission or payout is earned, owed or promised, and nothing you do in the meantime creates a claim to one.

When reward rules are published they will, as a minimum, exclude purchases you make yourself, purchases that are refunded, disputed or charged back, and referrals obtained by misleading or prohibited means.

• Say clearly that you work with eSIM Net when you share your code or link, as advertising rules where you and your audience live require.
• Only make claims about eSIM Net that are true and that you can support — prices, coverage and features change, so link to our pages rather than promising specifics.
• Do not send spam, buy fake traffic, use bots, bid on the eSIM Net name in search advertising, or pay people to use your code.
• Do not present yourself as eSIM Net or as its customer support.

You may use the eSIM Net name to refer to us in your content. Logos and other brand assets may be used only as provided in your creator dashboard, and only for the Program.

To run the Program we keep the email address of your Google account, the name you give us, your channel links, follower range and content language, the version of these terms you accepted and when, your code, and counts of visits through your link (stored as a one-way hash, not your audience's IP addresses). We use this information to review your application, run your account and contact you about the Program. Our Privacy Policy explains your rights and how to exercise them.

You can stop taking part at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or close a creator account that breaks these terms or puts customers or eSIM Net at risk; where we can, we will tell you why.

We may update these terms — in particular to publish the reward rules. The version at the top of this page changes when we do, and we will tell active creators about material changes before they apply.
